EFRAG has just released a set of revised European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) exposure drafts, and the clock is ticking: the public consultation is open for 60 days. These drafts reflect the first round of refinements following initial implementation feedback, aiming to clarify requirements, ease some of the reporting burden, and respond to the growing chorus of companies asking for practicality over complexity.
